Administration
Volunteer Task Description
Volunteers are required to assist the Project Manager and Arts and Project Coordinator with a variety of administration duties. Tasks may include; photocopying, data inputting, distributing flyers, putting up posters, helping with publicity and promotion for our events programme, proof reading publications and adverts, filing and other administration duties which crop up.
Volunteer Person Specification
An enthusiasm to assist British Waterways staff in an office environment is essential. For our basic admin tasks no specific skills or experience is needed as full instructions will be given. To carry out the more advanced admin work then computer skills and previous admin experience in an office environment would be desired.
Commitment Required
Dates and times of commitment can be flexible to fit in with your own work commitments.
